This adaptor plate and gasket kit allow you to use an 05-newer Slot-Style MAF sensor with a JLT Next Generation 12" High Boost intake.

Modification to the JLT tube is required - enlarging the hole.

Includes mounting screws for the plate to tube and MAF to plate, as well as a gasket.

Tuning required.
